self catering holiday cottages are approximately 2.5 miles from the
historic town of Llanidloes (Llanidloes.com),
with delightful views overlooking the magnificent Severn valley.
 There
are many places of interest for guests to visit in the surrounding
area,
for example The Elan Valley, which is referred to as 'The Lakeland
of Wales'
is a pleasant 30 minute drive from the cottages passing spectacular
scenery (elanvalley.org.uk).
The ancient capital of Wales, Machynlleth is just
19 miles from Llanidloes and is reached via the Mountain Road taking
in some
fantastic scenery en route. Guests will find plenty
to do in the area, and you'll enjoy returning home to the comfort
of your
cottages and the end of a busy day.
