Directions from Shrewsbury:

Take the A458 to Welshpool, The A483 to Newtown. Join the A489 and continue for 6 miles before joining the A470 to Llanidloes. Turn right to Llanidloes.

Go straight over the roundabout, use Market Hall as a roundabout and take the 3rd exit into Shortbridge Street*, go over the river bridge, keep left, continue straight until you pass through Glan-Y-Nant.

Barn View Cottages, Drain Byrion is the 2nd turning on your right. Proceed up the concrete drive and pass the bungalow on your left, then through the farm gate.Continue up the hill and Barn View Cottages are on your left, and the Old Farmhouse and parking area are on your left.

Directions from the Severn Bridge:

Leave the M4 at junction 26, take the A4042 to Abergavenny, then the A40 towards Brecon. After about 7 miles turn onto the A479 to Talgarth, then the A470 through Builth Wells, Rhayader, Llangurig. At the Llangurig roundabout take the second exit to Llanidloes, turn left into Llanidloes and continue straight, then turn left at Market Hall into Shortbridge Street. Thereafter, follow the directions from * above.
